God’s Will For Your Life

Do you want to know God’s will for your life? God wants you to know it more than you do. In fact, God is the only one who can reveal to you what your life is suppose to look like. How does He reveal His will to you?

God Leaves Clues In His Scriptures

Did you know that God can show you what your will is for your life through Scripture verses? The good news about discovering your will in the Scriptures is its true.

Jesus tells us in John 17:17, “ Your word is the truth. So let this truth make them completely yours.” Don’t you want to know the truth of your purpose in life?

God will give you clues on where to discover your will as He sent Holy Spirit to teach you. He has been sent to be your counselor and teacher. “ But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things, and will remind you of all that I said to you.” John 14:26

Now that you know you have your own personal counselor and teacher, why not ask Him to reveal to you Scripture verses regarding God’s will for your life?

God Has Given You Gifts And Talents

God designed you with gifts and talents to share with the world. He created you to bless others. In Genesis 1:26 God says to you, ” God spoke: “Let us make human beings in our image, make them reflecting our nature…”

Since you have been created in God’s image and after His likeness, you have the ability to serve others. Your gifts and talents came from God for you to bless one another.

Maybe you’re very creative. God has blessed you with a creative imagination. Ask God what His will is for your life regarding your creative gifts.

Do you get excited to solve problems?

Do you enjoy creating something out of nothing?

Would you like to make things that bless others?

If so, that’s a clue from God that your creative gift is part of God’s will for your life. He has given you a passion to share your gifts and talents. Why not ask Him what specific gifts and talents you have He wants you to serve others with?

God Is Waiting For You To Ask Him

Did you know you can be ONE question away from knowing God’s will for your life? Remember God wants you to know His will for your life more than you do. So why not ask Him for what God’s will is for your life?

Yes it can be that simple. In James 4:2, God tells you why you don’t know your will for you life yet, “… The reason you don’t have it is because you don’t ask for it!”

God is wanting you to ask for His will for your life for HIS reasons.

He also knows when you are ready to receive details about His will for your life. If He would have told you when you were a child what you are called to do, you may have gone in a different direction.

God knows what you are ready to hear from Him today. When He does reveal His will for your life, it will resonate on the inside of you. You will feel excited. God’s will for your life will be so inspiring too.

WARNING! Once God shows you His will for your life, DO NOT try to figure out HOW its going to come pass. It is God’s responsibility to show you what your will is and how its going to come to pass.

Today I encourage you to ask Holy Spirit for Scripture verses to reveal God’s will for your life. Take time to today and ask Him what gifts and talents you have that will bless and serve other. Finally, ask God expecting to receive His answers about your destiny.
